(NECN: Kenneth Craig, Dudley, Mass.) - Felines are no longer the cats meow in Dudley, Massachusetts. The town has made it illegal to own more than three cats. That's unless the owner has $50 residential kennel license.

The new bylaw follows a dispute over a woman's ownership of 15 cats, which neighbors say caused a lot of headaches.

The woman has since put her house up for sale, saying she plans she move to a more "cat friendly community".
