(NECN: Fort Hood, Tx.) - Military officials said Friday morning that Fort Hood is no longer on lockdown.

Officials also said at the press conference that efforts are now focused on the needs of victims and members of Fort Hood community.

A day of mourning is being observed today at Fort Hood following Thursday's shooting which left 13 dead and 30 injured.

The alleged shooter, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, was shot and is hospitalized.
