One person died Sunday after falling through a snow-covered skylight while clearing a roof in Canton, Massachusetts.
Police say that two people were on the roof of the building on Will Drive when one stepped over the skylight, which gave way, causing him to fall about 40 feet.
Emergency crews responded just before 5 p.m. The victim was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital and pronounced dead.
According to Canton Police, another worker died in a similar accident last week. A man in his 30s fell from the roof of Draper Brothers Company. He was airlifted to a hospital in Boston and pronounced dead.
