The deaths of three males, found by a maintenance man in a Worcester, Massachusetts, apartment Monday afternoon, appear to be drug related, police said.
Worcester Police say the bodies were found in an apartment on Outlook Drive by a maintenance man who had scheduled an appointment for the apartment. Police say the maintenance man used a master key to enter the apartment after knocking and getting no response; once inside, the maintenance man saw two unresponsive males, and then called his supervisor, who then called 9-1-1.
Once arriving at the scene, police say they found another deceased male in the back of the apartment.
Investigators say they believe the deaths appear to be drug related, but toxicology reports could take up to six months to determine the exact cause of death; however, authorities say they don't believe the deaths are the result of foul play.
Names of the three males have not yet been released, and the investigation is ongoing.
