Firefighters were at the scene of a massive fire in a Derry, New Hampshire, auto body shop on Monday night.
The Union Leader reports that the blaze broke out around 8 p.m. at 35 Maple Street, and that flames could be seen shooting from the building.
According to the Derry Fire Department, exterior defense fire attack operations were necessary due to the hazzards involved with the building.
Crews were unable to search the building for anyone inside, but it is not believed anyone was inside the building.
The building is considered to be a total loss.
One residence across the street was evacuated during the fire, but they were able to return to their home when the fire was under control.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
