Firefighters responded Friday morning to a 2-alarm fire at an auto body shop in the Mattapan section of Boston.
Smoke was showing on arrival at the 1-story brick building on Frontenac St.
The fire in a room in the middle of the building extended to some vehicles.
The fire was quickly put out, but damage is estimated to be at $50,000.
No injuries were reported.
