Authorities in New Hampshire say a 19-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly groping three teenage girls and trying to lure him back to his home as they were walking to school Tuesday morning.
Ahmed Abukar of Manchester faces several charges, including three counts of sexual assault, two counts of drug possession and one count each of criminal threatening and criminal trespass.
Manchester police say three Central High School students were walking to school near Beech and Hanover streets just before 8 a.m. when Abukar allegedly tried to lure them to his home, and groped them as they walked past.
The students arrived at school uninjured and immediately told a school administrator, police said.
Abukar was arrested about an hour after the incident as Manchester police officers increased patrols in the area.
Police say Abukar also had marijuana and heroin on him.
It's unclear if he has an attorney, and there's no word on when he'll be arraigned on the charges.
