The death of a student whose body was found Sunday morning on a Massachusetts college campus is not suspicious, the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office says.
The Lowell Sun reports that a custodian discovered the body in a bathroom of Ball Hall at UMass Lowell around 6 a.m.
Police say the student did not live on campus.
"The university has reached out to the student's family as part of our campus response," the school said in a statement. "We are deeply saddened by this tragedy and offer our condolences to the student's family and loved ones."
No other information about the student's identity or the circumstances of the death were immediately available.
