Six people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash involving a school bus in Boston's Ted Williams Tunnel on Interstate 90 before noon on Friday, according to state police.

No one on the school bus was injured, but the crash, which happened on the westbound side of the tunnel, resulted in other injuries that ranged from minor to serious.

The accident temporarily closed down part of the Ted Williams Tunnel. All lanes reopened around 1 p.m.

Those who were injured were taken to local hospitals.

Some residual traffic delays may occur.
