No one was hurt Saturday afternoon when a tractor trailer went up in flames on I-290 westbound in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
State police called Shrewsbury Fire for assistance shortly before 1 p.m. When fire crews arrived, the tractor was fully involved.
The manage to the trailer was minimal, as the driver had detached it and driven it about 30 feet away before getting out. Nothing inside the trailer was damaged.
Traffic was held to one lane for some time after the incident.
