Playground Death Raises Safety Concerns at Newark Preschool
An East Bay family filed a wrongful death lawsuit earlier this month after their three-year-old daughter was crushed by a play structure at Park Side Preschool. State inspectors issued two violations to the preschool noting the swing was improperly installed.
