Monday (MLK Day): Very windy with AM rain, few rumbles of thunder, snow well inland, changes to rain by the late AM, southeast wind gusting up to/over 60 mph in the AM, localized damage and power outages, minor to moderate coastal flooding during late AM high tide. Highs upper 40s to 50 coast, 30s/40s inland. Monday night: Decreasing clouds, breezy, and cold with a stray flurry. Lows low to mid 20s.
