The Journey Behind ‘The United States of Laughter'
A comedian who left the corporate world to travel the country is sharing his story in a new book.
Andrew Tarvin left the comfort of his New York apartment and traveled 92,000 miles over the course of 18 months, visiting all 50 states. His book, “The United States of Laughter,” details his journey. Tarvin describes the book as a cross between Bill Bryson’s “A Walk in the Woods” and Tina Fey’s “Bossy Pants.”
Tarvin is signing copies of “The United States of Laughter” at More Than Words Bookstore in Boston on Wednesday, Nov. 29, from 6:30pm-8pm.
