There was a scene at a gas station on North Main Street Monday afternoon.

Two men were shot in Brockton, Massachusetts, police said Monday.

The victims, 26 and 20, are both from Fall River, according to the Brockton Police Department. They were shot at a gas station on North Main Street shortly after 1 p.m.

Both men were hospitalized, but police did not have word on their conditions Monday night.

Police were seen investigating a car at the taped-off gas station. An employee told NBC10 Boston that the victims were in a car that pulled into the gas station. They told her they'd been shot and to call for help.

"I went outside the check on them, if they were OK. There was two guys that were shot. They were bleeding a little but they were still talking and everything. They were just telling me to tell the police to hurry up," the employee said.
