Justin Michaels joined the NECN team in March 2012 and reports weekday mornings.
Justin started his broadcast career as an intern at WFLA NewsChannel 8 in Tampa, FL prior to his stint beginning in November of 2006 at KCBD NewsChannel 11 in Lubbock, TX.
Justin spent two years at KCBD as a reporter, multi-media journalist and fill-in anchor before moving on to Toledo, OH to work for WTOL News 11.
While in Toledo, Justin served as the Wood County Bureau Chief and fill-in anchor. Most recently Justin worked for WEWS NewsChannel 5 in Cleveland, OH as a reporter and fill-in anchor.
Justin comes from, Carlisle, PA, a small Civil War town in south central Pennsylvania and earned his B.S. in Public Administration from Shippensburg University.
Justin currently resides in Quincy with his pal Arlow, an adopted boxer-mix.
