(NECN) - There will be no funeral for television legend Dick Clark; that's the word from his spokesman.
It’s still not clear if Clark's family will hold a public memorial service.
Clark died from a heart attack Wednesday.
He was best known for hosting "American Bandstand" and his annual New Year's Eve specials.
Clark was 82.
