Boston police say they have located a teen with autism who had been missing since Saturday.

Police initially asked for the public's help earlier Sunday locating the 17-year-old who was last seen on Saturday after he fled the hospital. Police said later in the day that the teen, who has bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and limited verbal skills in addition to autism, had been found by Cambridge police.

The teen is safe and has been reunited with his family, police added.
