Police say a 5-year-old girl who was inside a parked car when she was kidnapped in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood has been found safe in Randolph, and authorities are searching for the suspect and the car wanted in connection with the incident.
Boston police are asking for the public's help locating a stolen 2007 silver Honda Accord, with Massachusetts license plate US117D, with tinted windows.
The little girl was kidnapped around 4:10 p.m. Monday in the area of 1331 Dorchester Avenue.
Surveillance video shows a man leave his Accord outside a restaurant while he goes inside, and then the suspect can be seen on video taking off in the car with the 5-year-old girl inside.
A few seconds later, the car owner comes out of the restaurant and can be seen looking around, appearing confused and trying to figure out what happened.
"One minute something, and he came out and the car was gone," said a man who witnessed the incident outside the Dorchester restaurant. "He called 91. He was so scared. He didn't know what to do."

NBC10 Boston’s SkyRanger Helicopter captured the scene on Powdrell Avenue in Randolph around 5 p.m. when the little girl was found safe.
"The little girl looked like she was crying, so I ran outside and asked if she was alright. She said, 'I want my dad,'" Monique Brown recalled of seeing the girl wandering outside her home. "She was so sweet, she said, ‘I, I don’t think I can go in a stranger’s house.”
Aerial footage showed authorities walking and talking with the little girl, before carrying her into an ambulance.
“We were able to have the police come and check her out. She was fine. I’m so happy that she’s okay," Brown continued. "At least this person dropped her off where thank god he placed me in the right place to keep her safe until help could arrive."
While police continue to search for the kidnapping suspect, everyone is relieved the little girl is safe.
