Police in New Hampshire say a 15-year-old patient who was reported missing from a psychiatric hospital in Hampstead has been found.
New Hampshire State Police said the teen is a patient at Hampstead Hospital, asking anyone who saw someone matching his description to call 911.
The department later said the teenager has been located and is safe.
