A January trial has been set for the Manchester, New Hampshire, man charged with murdering his parents.
Matthew Dion, 40, waived his right to an arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court on October 13. He is currently being held without bail, and did not offer any comment.
He is charged with the first-degree murder of his parents and two counts of second-degree murder. He also faces charges for one count of arson and three counts of possessing images of sexually abused children.
Prosecutors say that Dion beat his parents and strangled them with a wire in March 2014 in their home, then set the house on fire several days later.
Dion was placed on the U.S. Marshals Service's 15 Most Wanted list in April. He was arrested June 3 at a hotel in Orange Park, Florida.
