Man Charged With Attaching GPS to Woman's Vehicle

Police in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, have arrested a man as result of a stalking investigation.

Police in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, have arrested a man as result of a stalking investigation.

The investigation began when a victim reported to police that an unknown GPS device was attached to her vehicle. Detectives determined that the GPS was connected to 60-year-old Gary Johnson.

Johnson, also known as Gary Michaels, of Newington, was charged with stalking and criminal threatening. His bail was set at $7,500 and he is set to be arraigned on March 2.

The case remains under investigation by the Portsmouth Police Department.
