A man is dead after a shooting at a house party early Sunday morning in Lynnfield, Massachusetts.
Police responded around 3 a.m. to the party at 8 Needham Rd., where a shooting had been reported. They found 33-year-old Keivan Heath shot several times.
Heath was rushed to Lynn Union Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
For Alex Styller, it was a homeowner's nightmare - he says he rented out his multi-million-dollar home and returned to find a murder scene. The renters told him they didn't know the victim or the shooter.
"Probably this party got out of hand and some uninvited people came in," Styller said.
"Many, many cars parked on the street, and girls walking up and down the street in bikinis," Jane Fagell described the scene.
Styller rents the home on several websites - this time, it was through HomeAway - the six-bedroom, five-bath home rents for two nights at a time, starting at about $4,000.

He says he's been doing it for about a year with no problems.
The home is also on the market for about $3.3 million. The real estate agent handling the sale says the violence here was a fluke.
"It's a beautiful, million-dollar neighborhood," said Louise Touchette. "Very rare that something would happen like this in Lynnfield, and they were just renters that were renting the house."
The matter is currently under investigation by Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Essex District Attorney's Office and Lynnfield Police.
