Seven people have been transported to hospitals after two trolleys collided Wednesday morning in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood, according to the MBTA.
An out-of-service trolley with no passengers made contact with another trolley on the Mattapan line, which did have passengers on board.
Firefighters say the range of injuries to the five passengers and two trolley operators include bruises, flare-ups and back pain.
All fire companies were cleared by 7:45 a.m. Trolley services have fully resumed.
The MBTA will investigate the collision.
