A man was killed in a rollover crash on Rte 195 in Massachusetts Friday morning, according to state police.
Police say troopers responded to the crash on Rte 195 westbound in Somerset around 10:20 a.m.
Authorities say the driver of a 2001 Ford Explorer is believed to have swerved to avoid debris in the road, which caused the vehicle to rollover.
The driver, only identified as a 55-year-old man pending notification of his family, was pronounced dead the scene.
State police add that while they were investigating this crash, another crash happened nearby that was unrelated to the previous one. One person was taken to Rhode Island Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The fatal crash is still under investigation.
