Massachusetts State Police say a 67-year-old man was seriously injured after he was struck by a vehicle in Fall River Monday night.
The incident happened around 10 p.m. on Route 24 near exit 8B.
The victim was struck by a 59-year-old woman from Taunton.
Police say the victim was out of his car and on the roadway for unknown reasons.
He was flown to Rhode Island Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
