A 74-year-old man was hospitalized after crashing his vehicle into a ditch Tuesday afternoon in Carver, Massachusetts, according to police.
Police responded to the scene in the area of 33 Wareham St. around 4:30 p.m. and found the vehicle upside down and down a 12-foot embankment. The operator of the vehicle was trapped inside.
The driver was rescued from the vehicle and was transported to South Shore Hospital. His current condition is unknown.
The vehicle had to be lifted out of the ditch with a crane.
The accident remains under investigation.
