Nine people have been arrested following a sex trafficking and prostitution sting focusing on three massage parlors in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz and Plymouth Police Chief Michael Botieri said the nine people arrested face charges ranging from trafficking of a person for sexual servitude, maintaining a house of prostitution, sexual conduct for a fee and possession of child pornography for their roles in the operation of illegal massage parlors in Plymouth. They will be arraigned Thursday morning in Plymouth District Court.
Plymouth Police, the U.S. Department of State and the state Division of Professional Licensure began surveillance at Elysium Spa, Boakang Body Works and Magic Touch Spa in Plymouth last August. The investigation is ongoing.
