A body was found on a Massachusetts beach on New Year's Day, police confirm.
Police received reports that a body washed ashore on Nantasket Beach in Hull.
A family member identified the victim as Robert Marks, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney.
The man's death does not appear to be suspicious.
