Boston is dead last on a new list from Allstate that ranks the safest cities for driving in the country.
"America’s Best Drivers Report 2017" compiles multiple factors, including average years between claims, hard-braking events per 1,000 miles and population density.
The average time between claims in Boston is 3.6 years, according to the report.
The report also says that rain and snow significantly impact commuters in Boston.
Boston is ranked at 200 on the list, the last spot, and it was the same ranking in 2016.
Worcester and Springfield also placed low on the list, respectively coming in at rank 198 and 196.
In Rhode Island, Providence came in at 194, while in Connecticut, Bridgeport was ranked 189.
