A car plunged into Duck Pond in Cohasset on Sunday afternoon when an elderly man lost control at a busy Arts Festival.
The Cohasset Police Department sent units to the site, where the 83-year-old man was taken to South Shore Hospital. According to the police department, the man has said he lost control after a medical issue.
The car has been retrieved from the water.
