The employee said he saw a man using a knife to cut open a box of razors on Jan. 24

A North Adams, Massachusetts, man is facing assault charges for allegedly threatening a Walmart employee with a knife last month.

Sean Miller was released after pleading not guilty in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday to charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

The Berkshire Eagle reports
he was also told to stay away from the alleged victim and 50 yards away from Walmart.

The employee said he saw a man using a knife to cut open a box of razors on Jan. 24. When the employee confronted the man, he allegedly threatened to stab the worker.

The 24-year-old Miller was arrested last week based on surveillance video and tips from the public.
