A mother and her 4-year-old child were rescued from Mount Sugarloaf in Deerfield, Massachusetts, Wednesday night after spending nearly two hours lost.
Massachusetts State Police say the woman called 911 around 8 p.m. when she couldn't get off the mountain.
Police were able to find her via helicopter after she signaled it with the flashlight on her phone.
She was escorted off the mountain around 10 p.m.
No one was injured.
