UPDATE (6:23 p.m.) - Authorities say 19-year-old Devin Hebert has been found safe and is with his family.
Police in Palmer, Massachusetts, are asking for the public's help in locating a missing teenager.
Devin Hebert, 19, was last seen walking in the area of State and High Streets in Bondsville at about 11:30 a.m. Monday.
Hebert, who is described as being 6'1" to 6'2" tall with a slim build was wearing blue jeans, sneakers and a white T-shirt. He has metal framed eyeglasses.
Hebert is in need of medical assistance, so it is imperative that he be located as soon as possible.
