A Cape Cod man was arrested after police say he crashed his SUV while driving drunk with two young children in the vehicle.
Thirty-five-year-old Daniel Eldredge of Dennis, Massachusetts, was arrested for a second-offense OUI. He is also charged with OUI with serious injury and OUI with child endangerment.
The 5-year-old and 8-year-old were not injured.
A woman suffered a broken ankle after police say Eldredge crashed his Jeep Grand Cherokee on North Dennis Road in Yarmouth.
