No one was seriously injured in a hit-and-run involving a school bus on Tuesday morning, police in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, said.
Authorities say the incident happened on Forest Road at Winslow Gray Road around 11 a.m.
A small bus with five children and two adults was hit by a 2002 gray GMC pickup, with the Massachusetts license plate 135VM5, which was driven by an unknown male, according to police. The pickup was found by Yarmouth police around 4 p.m.; however, the driver has not been found.
The bus was driven to Cape Cod Hospital for the children to be checked out, but police say there were no serious injuries. Everyone on the bus was wearing seatbelts, police said.
