Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a possibly armed fugitive wanted in connection with the shooting death of a Lawrence woman earlier this year.
Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the Essex District Attorney's Office and Lawrence Police said an arrest warrant has been issued for Reinaldo Santiago, who claims to be 31 years old. He is approximately 5'9" and weighs about 196 pounds. He has multiple addresses in Lawrence, and is considered armed and dangerous.
Investigators allege that Santiago shot and killed Anyira Sanchez Calvajal, 25, in her Springfield Street apartment in the early morning hours of Sept. 21, 2014. A 33-year-old man was also shot but survived his wounds.
