Former U.S. Sen. Scott Brown reportedly mocked the idea of a Deval Patrick vice presidential nomination over the weekend.
The Boston Herald reports that the former Republican lawmaker called Patrick's potential run on a Joe Biden presidential ticket a "joke" on Sunday while hosting a meet-and-greet with GOP 2016 hopeful Carly Fiorina at his home in Rye, New Hampshire.
"I hope that he runs, that way it will be a definite loss," he said, according to the Herald.
