A Saugus, Massachusetts, teen accused of videotaping a violent sexual assault on a 16-year-old girl and then sharing it on social media will be in court Thursday.
Timothy Cyckowski is being charged as a youthful offender for his role in the assault.
His father, Matthew, is also charged in the case. Authorities say he destroyed his son's phone, then tried to pass his own phone off as his son's.
Rashad Deihim and Kailyn Bonilla have also been indicted on kidnapping, sexual assault & other charges in the attack.
