A woman was killed and two others were injured late Sunday night following a two-car crash in North Andover, Massachusetts.
Police said the incident happened just before 10:30 p.m. in the area of 422 Waverly Rd. There, two vehicles were extensively damaged and one landed on its side.
The fatal victim was identified as 30-year-old Yahaira Colon, according to North Andover Police. She succumbed to her injuries at Lawrence General Hospital.
Colon's passenger suffered critical injuries and was flown to Boston Medical Center. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to Lawrence General Hospital and they are in stable condition, authorities said.
Details on what led up to the incident were not immediately clear. The investigation is ongoing.
