Popular Peloton instructor and Martha’s Vineyard native Emma Lovewell says a community is key when it comes to fitness and wellness. She shares her top tips with Hannah Donnelly.

When it comes to getting fit, staying motivated isn't always a solo sport.

Fitness instructor Emma Lovewell is known for her incredible Peloton sessions as well as her sessions on the mat. The Martha's Vineyard native says, "Creating a sense of community is super important. We need each other. And right now, a lot of us are feeling isolated."

Lovewell talked with Hannah Donnelly and shared four tips for helping her participants feel connected, supported, and staying accountable.
