A woman in a wheelchair suffered severe injuries when she was hit by a bus in Brockton, Massachusetts, Monday afternoon, according to police.
Police confirmed they responded to the crash on Colonel Bell Drive around 12:45 p.m. The victim, a 70-year-old woman, had severe injuries.
She was rushed with a tourniquet on her leg to Boston Medical Center, where she was in stable condition Monday evening, police said.
State police were investigating the crash, according to Brockton police, who didn't say if anyone would face charges for what happened.
