Officials say a man was seriously hurt after he fell from a wall in Providence, Rhode Island, while filming a movie with friends.
Fire Department Battalion Chief Jeffrey Varone says the man, described as in his 20s, fell at Prospect Terrace Park early Tuesday morning. He was walking along a wall near the park's statue of Roger Williams and fell between 20 and 40 feet.
Varone tells the Providence Journal the man was wearing a mask which may have obscured his vision. Two other men participating in the movie called for help around 1:30 a.m. The man regained consciousness while being treated and was taken to Rhode Island Hospital.
Varone says the man sustained a shoulder fracture and possible head injury.
His name was not available.
