A Silver Alert has been cancelled for an 80-year-old Alzheimer's patient in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, after she was found safe Thursday morning.
Police were looking for Jeannette Bergeron, who was last seen around noon Wednesday on Social Street, heading to Johnston to meet a relative.
Bergeron was driving a beige 2005 Honda Accord with Rhode Island plates reading "RB288."
