Brandeis University was under a shelter-in-place order for over two hours Thursday after a bomb threat was received.
The school said university police searched the grounds of the Waltham, Massachuetts, campus. Nothing was found and an "all clear" message was issued around 1:40 p.m.
Brandeis said the bomb threat was called into the university on Thursday morning as approximately 140 students were moving into residence halls, with about 660 students already having returned to to campus. Students who were moving in were temporarily directed away from the main campus.
Move-in was able to resume once the investigation was complete, school official said.
