UPDATE: State police say they've found a missing elderly Vermont man with his dog and he's receiving treatment for minor medical issues.

Vermont State Police are asking for the public's help finding a missing 84-year-old Grafton man who suffers from dementia.
Thomas Brown wandered away from his home on foot Monday night around 9 p.m. with his gray Irish Wolf Hound.
Brown's family says the dog is friendly and approachable.
Brown was last seen wearing navy blue shorts, a blue golf shirt, a blue pullover sweater with a white stripe and tan boat shoes.
