Man Escapes Van Seconds Before Collision on Train Tracks

An Ohio driver escaped injury last week after his van became stuck on railroad tracks. The van got its front wheel caught in the rail and Richard Boga bolted just in time to avoid being struck. He was standing outside the van when Officer Harold Duncan rushed to his aid.
