Herbert Gets Adopted at Broward County Animal Care

Herbert, an 8-year-old American Staffordshire, finally got adopted after spending a year at the Broward County Animal Care waiting for his forever hom.  Dana Powmesamy said she was excited to welcome Herbert to her family.
