Markey Pushes to ‘Reinterpret' Second Amendment

Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., is pushing for tougher gun laws after mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton, but his primary challenger, Shannon Liss-Riordan, is calling for a repeal of the Second Amendment.
