Miami-Dade Police Officer Sings With Man Who Got Drum Stolen

In an effort to bring some joy to a man who just got his drum stolen, Miami-Dade Police Officer Joshua Perez sang a Bob Marley song with the victim. Perez, who has been a cop for five months, is going viral on Twitter for his uplifting gesture. Watch the duet above.
