Owner of Card ID'd in Hit-and-Run That Injured 4 Kids in Stoneham

Police have identified the owner of the vehicle in a hit-and-run crash that hurt four children Sunday night in Stoneham, Massachusetts. It’s still unclear who was actually driving the vehicle.
